The Federation of Thai Industries, Rayong Chapter, was established on July 1, 1988, with Mr. Pakorn Phaetakun serving as its first Chairman.
Its objectives are as follows:
1. To represent private-sector industrial operators in coordinating policies and facilitating cooperation between the private sector and the government.
2. To promote and develop industrial operations.
3. To provide consultation and recommendations to the government on the development of the industrial economy.
